I hadn’t heard of Elite Web Designs before, but when I came across their website I thought I would make contact and give them a go.

I dealt with Ryan, who from the very get go was utterly amazing. He asked all the right questions so that he had a clear understanding of what it was that I wanted, as well as taking the time to really listen to my vision. I felt like he struck the right balance between valuing my opinions and knowing when was the right time to offer his expert advice on certain areas that I really wasn’t sure on, or where I perhaps wasn’t making the best choice.

He got to work quickly and efficiently and kept me updated every step of the way with how things were going. I particularly liked how he would share his screen during our video calls so that I could see the website drafts. This allowed me to request edits or adaptions there and then before anything went live. Despite feeling like I was being really fussy and probably annoying, nothing was too much for Ryan, he understood I just wanted it perfect before launching.
His communication, advice, experience and warm, understanding nature made this a wonderful experience. I now have an awesome website to show for it and have had lots of custom since – money well spent.
